Phones usually only support OpenGL ES which is the mobile version of OpenGL.
It should be possible to port it over, using the code of the other ports. (I remember there was a SP port for Android but it's gone)
There now is a OpenSource GPU driver for the Raspberry Pi which supports Desktop OpenGL, that's why the above was possible.
